Payment Plan
- Earnest Money: 10% of the entire premium must be deposited by the allottee as Earnest Money.
- Allotment Money: Within 60 days of the Allotment Letter’s issuance, the Allotment Money—40% of the total premium after deducting the Earnest Money—along with the relevant GST must be submitted.
- Cancellation of Plot Allocation: If the Allotment Money is not deposited within the allotted time, the plot allocation will be canceled, and the Earnest Money will be forfeited.
- Extension for Late Payment: Under extraordinary circumstances, the CEO may grant a 30-day extension, subject to relevant GST and punitive interest of 13% annually (10% + 3%) on the amount that was defaulted for the postponed time.
- Remaining Payment: Four equal half-yearly installments must be made to cover the remaining 60% of the total premium.
- Late Payment Penalty: In addition to applicable GST, interest at a rate of 13% annually (10% + 3%), compounded half-yearly, will be applied to any delinquent payments if an installment is not paid on time.
- Interest Rate Change (from July 1, 2024): Beginning July 1, 2024, the interest rate will be 10% annually, subject to change on January 1 and July 1 of each year as per government directives.
- Responsibility for Timely Payments: The allottee is responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time.
- Payment on Bank Holidays: If the due date falls on a bank holiday, payments can be made on the next business day without incurring penalties.

- Use the YEIDA payment gateway, wallet, or other approved methods to pay the E-Brochure fees, processing costs, and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

- If bids are placed in the last five minutes, the bidding window will be extended by five minutes. This extension can happen up to three times.
