• Up to 20,000 Sqm: Rs. 1 lakh + 18% GST

Payment Plan

• Earnest Money: 10% of the entire premium must be deposited by the allottee as Earnest Money.
• Allotment Money: Within 60 days of the Allotment Letter’s issuance, the Allotment Money—40% of the total premium after deducting the Earnest Money—along with the relevant GST must be submitted.
• Cancellation of Plot Allocation: If the Allotment Money is not deposited within the allotted time, the plot allocation will be canceled, and the Earnest Money will be forfeited.
• Extension for Late Payment: Under extraordinary circumstances, the CEO may grant a 30-day extension, subject to relevant GST and punitive interest of 13% annually (10% + 3%) on the amount that was defaulted for the postponed time.
• Remaining Payment: Four equal half-yearly installments must be made to cover the remaining 60% of the total premium.
• Late Payment Penalty: In addition to applicable GST, interest at a rate of 13% annually (10% + 3%), compounded half-yearly, will be applied to any delinquent payments if an installment is not paid on time.
• Interest Rate Change (from July 1, 2024): Beginning July 1, 2024, the interest rate will be 10% annually, subject to change on January 1 and July 1 of each year as per government directives.
• Responsibility for Timely Payments: The allottee is responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time.
• Payment on Bank Holidays: If the due date falls on a bank holiday, payments can be made on the next business day without incurring penalties.

Here is the process for applying online for the YEIDA Premium Hotel Plot Scheme:

• After paying the required fees, download the YEIDA Premium Hotel Plot Scheme booklet from the YEIDA website.

• Use the "E-Auction" option to submit the application online.

• Use the online payment mechanism (RTGS/NEFT/Net Banking) to deposit the registration funds and the "processing fee."
• Pay Rs. 1,000 + GST to register and receive a user ID and password on the website (https://yeida.auctiontiger.net).
• By 5:00 PM on January 10, 2025, deposit the non-refundable E-Brochure document charge of Rs. 50,000 plus GST and processing fees separately.

• After registration, log in with your user ID and password to choose the plot of your choice.
• Use the YEIDA payment gateway, wallet, or other approved methods to pay the E-Brochure fees, processing costs, and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

• Ensure you have a suitable computer terminal connected to the internet to participate in e-bidding. YEIDA is not responsible for connection issues.

• The Authority has the discretion to withdraw, accept, or reject any or all bids, even if an offer exceeds the reserve price, without providing a reason.
• If bids are placed in the last five minutes, the bidding window will be extended by five minutes. This extension can happen up to three times.
• Upload or submit the necessary documents to the e-auction website.
