The West Bengal government has launched the country’s first unified undergraduate college admissions portal. The Centralised Admission Portal will accept applications and registrations from June 24 to July 7. This year, a total of 9,46,921 undergraduate seats across the State are open for applicants. The West Bengal government introduced a centralized admission portal for undergraduate programs at state government institutions and universities on Wednesday. The portal was launched at Bikash Bhavan in Kolkata by the state education minister, Bratya Basu. This new admission platform allows students to apply for a total of 7,217 undergraduate courses offered at government and government-aided general degree colleges and universities across the state. These institutions include 16 universities, 461 colleges, and several other higher education institutions throughout West Bengal.

• Online Application Start Date: Applications for the centralized admission process will be accepted from June 24.
