If approved, the NOC will be generated and issued entirely online, eliminating the need for manual intervention. If no vaccine containing the same strain from the same source is already licenced in India, the No Objection Certificate can be granted by DAHD at the request of CDSCO for the authorization to import or manufacture a novel veterinary vaccine, biological, or medicine, or to conduct a field experiment.
