Ineligibility Criteria

• Annual Income Limit: The applicant will be disqualified from the scheme if the total annual income of her family exceeds INR 2.5 lakh.
• Taxpayer Status: If any member of the applicant's family is a taxpayer, the applicant will not be eligible for the scheme.
• Government Employment: If any family member of the applicant is employed as a regular or permanent staff member in any government department, government undertaking, local body, state or central government, or is drawing a pension after retirement, the applicant will be ineligible for the program.
• Political Affiliations: The applicant's family members cannot be current or former Members of Parliament (MPs) or Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs).
• Government Employee Restriction: The applicant’s family members should not be employed by the government in any capacity.
• Ownership of Four-Wheelers: To be eligible for the program, no family member of the applicant should own any four-wheeled vehicle other than a tractor.
