During this time, individuals can submit their suggestions by mailing them to the Land Legal Cell at the CCLA Office, located on Nampally Station Road, opposite Annapurna Hotel, Abids, Hyderabad. The Bhudhaar System’s Introduction

The proposed NROR Bill introduces the Bhudhaar system, designed to function like the Aadhaar system for individuals, where each plot of land is assigned a unique Bhudhaar number. Landowners will be issued Bhudhaar cards that provide essential details about their property, including geographic coordinates that accurately locate it, a history of ownership, and the land’s dimensions. Both temporary and permanent Bhudhaar numbers will be assigned to land parcels owned by local authorities, community organizations, state or federal governments, as well as properties designated as endowment or Wakf lands.

Pattadar Passbooks and Online Accessibility

The government will ensure that both temporary and permanent Bhudhaar cards are generated for all assigned land parcels, allowing pattadars (landowners) to access them online. The government will determine the process and timeline for making these cards available. Additionally, a single Bhudhaar card can be issued to a pattadar for all their land holdings. Once the necessary fee is paid, a pattadar passbook-cum-title deed will be issued to each individual listed in the registry of rights by the tahsildar or another authorized official.

Technical Improvements and Modifications

Following a comprehensive assessment, the Telangana government has directed the implementation of new modules and critical processes to resolve any technical challenges associated with the Bhumata Portal Telangana.
