Ayushman Assam-Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana

AA-MMJAY is a family floater health insurance scheme. The scheme provides cashless medical benefits up to Rs 5 lakh per family per year at empanelled hospitals.

The scheme covers 1949 medical procedures covering 27 specialties. Under this scheme, more than 30 lakh AB-PMJAY families apart from families deprived of National Food Security are covered. About 26 lakh families will come under “Ayushman Assam-Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana” (AA-MMJAY).

A total of 323 hospitals are empanelled under Ayushman Assam-Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana. 1949 procedures covering 27 specialties are available under AA-MMJAY.

The e-KYC campaign of AA-MMJAY is going on in all the districts of Assam. Government frontline workers such as ASHA workers, MPWs, Bima Sakhis, Digi-Pay Sakhis have been authorized to conduct e-KYC in door-to-door and camp mode in the districts of Assam.
